Malooga Investor & Community Update

September was an exciting and productive month for Malooga as we continued building momentum toward the opening of our Main Line location. Alongside significant construction progress, we had the pleasure of connecting with our future neighbors and guests through local community events.

We were delighted to take part in the Narberth Farmer’s Market and Narberth Music Festival, where we shared complimentary samples and introduced guests to Malooga’s signature flavors. These events gave us a wonderful opportunity to engage directly with the community, build excitement for our upcoming opening, and showcase the hospitality that defines who we are.

Construction Progress

Our build-out is moving forward on schedule, with several key milestones reached this month:

✅ Framing has been completed
✅ Plumbing through framing
✅ Millwork team completed on-site measurements
✅ High-voltage electrical wiring
✅ Permit for hood installation has been officially granted

What’s Next

Looking ahead to October, our team is focused on the next phase of work, including:

HVAC unit installation
Hood installation
Health Department application submission
Wall roughing and preparation
Hiring key leadership positions
