Malooga Investor Update

We’re excited to share our October construction updates for Malooga Narberth! The project continues to move forward on schedule, with several major milestones achieved this month. We’re entering the final stretch of construction, and the space is really starting to take shape!

October Milestones: Key Achievements

This month was focused on installing essential systems and getting key approvals. We successfully hit all our targets:

✅ HVAC units installed: The climate control system is now in place.
✅ Electrical work completed and passed inspection: All wiring is finished and officially approved.
✅ Hood assembled and ready for installation: The core ventilation equipment is prepped.
✅ Grease trap installed: A critical element for kitchen operation is complete.
✅ Health Department plan approval: We received official approval from the Health Department, removing a major hurdle!

🔨 What’s Coming Up in November: The Big Push

November is set to be a transformative month! We’ll be focusing on the interior finishes and installing the main kitchen fixtures that will make the space look and feel like a proper restaurant:

⏳ Install hood and ductwork.
⏳ Finish all walls and ceilings.
⏳ Complete floor tiling and kitchen flooring.
⏳ Install the crucial walk-in refrigerator.

November will mark a visible transformation as the kitchen and interior truly take shape. We are incredibly pleased with the current pace and excited about entering the final stage of construction!
